- Step 1 -

When you contact us we will discuss your requirements and, most importantly, find out as much as possible about your dog(s) and their needs

- Step 2 -

We will match your dog(s) to our most suitable carer and arrange for you to visit them in their home with your dogs.  This allows your carer to meet your dog(s) before their stay and provides you with the reassurance of knowing where they will be staying and with whom.

- Step 3 -

If you are happy with your carer, we will ask you to pay a booking fee to confirm your booking. You pay your carer's fee directly to them at the start of your dog(s) stay.
